Voices & Visuals is a multimedia agency specialising in podcasting and long-form educational content—built specifically for women who have something that matters to say.
Not viral-chasing. Not personality podcasting for the sake of it. We work with women who have knowledge, expertise, and perspective that other women actually need to hear. Women in finance, healthcare, mental health, feminism—women who are tired of dumbing down what they know.
Because here's what we've noticed: women aren't sharing their power and their knowledge in the same way men do. And that's a disservice to everyone. It's a disservice to you for shrinking your expertise, and it's a disservice to the women who need to hear from you.
We help you turn that knowledge into conversations that educate, empower, and build the community you're meant to lead. Conversations that underpin your entire marketing strategy. Conversations that position you as the authority you already are.
This is podcasting with purpose. Strategy with substance. And a completely stress-free, end-to-end process that lets you show up, speak your truth, and trust that everything else is handled.
You talk. We take care of everything else.
No scripted, sanitised BS. We create space for raw, real conversations—the kind where you go off-topic and say the thing you weren't sure you were allowed to say. That's where the magic is.
Your voice deserves to be heard. Your expertise deserves to reach the women who need it. We don't just make podcasts—we build platforms that give you authority and impact.
Community isn't built on vanity metrics. It's built on trust, resonance, and showing up consistently with something meaningful to say. We help you create that.
Your knowledge is your power.
Every episode is researched, intentional, and tied to your bigger goals. This isn't content for content's sake—it's content that works for you.
We believe in doing, not just talking. In making things happen. In women owning their space, their knowledge, and their power—and using it to make the world better.
I've spent my whole life studying the way people communicate.
A late neurodivergent diagnosis will do that to you—you learn to watch, to decode, to notice patterns others miss. And one pattern I couldn't unsee was this: the vast majority of podcasts were hosted by men. Even the ones discussing women's health, women's money, women's lives. Men were having our conversations on our behalf.
And not just having them—dominating them. Spewing misinformation, making sweeping statements for clicks, taking up space where qualified women should be leading.
That's why I started Voices & Visuals.
I'm a long-time advocate for women's rights, and I was sick of watching women underserve themselves in this space. Sick of seeing women shrink their expertise, doubt their authority, or stay silent when they had something crucial to share.
Women deserve to own their knowledge. To speak with confidence. To build communities around the things that matter—menstrual health, finance, feminism, mental health, rage, joy, all of it—without cringing, without apologising, without feeling like they're "too much."
So that's what we do here. We give women the strategy, the production, and the support to create podcasts that actually matter. Podcasts that build authority. Podcasts that connect. Podcasts that educate and empower.
Because when women share their knowledge, everyone wins.
And I'm here to make sure you do it without burning out, without second-guessing yourself, and without dealing with any of the bullshit that usually comes with producing a podcast.
Let's build something that matters.
