The award-winning gender campaign "HER" was based on exploring the lives of high-flying women working within BT. Looking at their career progression and looking at how their lives outside of workplace. 
We believe in doing, not just talking. In making things happen. In women owning their space, their knowledge, and their power—and using it to make the world better.

The campaign has been successful in increasing female application and hire rates, with 25% of hires for a specific engineering drive being women following the campaign. It has also won awards, including "Best use of video" at the Inhouse Recruitment (IHR) awards.

'Roaming Reporter' is a social media campaign presented by Robyn as a proof of concept for her personal brand; featuring short, engaging videos where she interviews BT and EE employees and leaders to explore different roles, career paths, company culture, and offer advice, all aiming to give an inside look at the people and stories within the business.
